*Chicago talent solutions firm earns its seventh Crain's recognition, driven by employee feedback on culture, leadership and growth*

**CHICAGO, September 23, 2026** – Objective Partners, a Chicago-based talent solutions firm specializing in technology, ERP, cybersecurity, infrastructure and fintech recruiting, has been named #54 on Crain's Chicago Business' 2026 Best Places to Work in Chicago list.

The annual list identifies the top 100 employers in the Chicago area based largely on anonymous employee surveys that evaluate workplace culture, leadership, benefits and overall employee engagement. The 2026 ranking marks Objective Partners' seventh appearance on the list, following previous recognitions in 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024 and 2025.

This year's ranking represents a 40-spot jump from #94 in 2025, one of the larger year-over-year gains among returning companies on the list. Because the rankings are based primarily on anonymous employee surveys, the climb reflects meaningful improvement in how Objective Partners' own team rates their experience at work.

"Being ranked #54 means a lot to us because it comes directly from our people," said Dayna Stoller, Chief of Staff at Objective Partners.
